Houston’s luxury real estate market continues to evolve, with the Prime ($5M+) and Super Prime ($10M+) sectors seeing notable shifts in recent years. Key Luxury Market Areas

While high-end properties can be found across the city, three primary areas dominate the ultra-luxury space:
✅ Memorial Close-In
✅ Memorial Villages

For homes priced around $5 million, the market expands slightly to include the following areas among some others:
🔹 West University
🔹 Memorial Park
🔹 Museum District/Rice University
🔹 Tanglewood

However, once price points exceed $10 million, the majority of transactions remain concentrated in the three core ultra-luxury neighborhoods.
